These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the Shine Jewel International ("SJI") website, member dashboard, membership services, referral program and product purchasing services.

By registering for an SJI account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to comply with these Terms.

SJI membership provides eligible members with access to the member dashboard, referral network, applicable member benefits and other services made available through the platform.

The first 100 eligible registered members may receive complimentary membership. Members registered after the first 100 may be required to pay an annual membership fee of AUD $50, subject to the membership terms displayed by SJI.

Where an annual membership fee applies, continued access to membership features may depend on the membership remaining active and any required renewal payment being completed.

SJI may verify membership information and may suspend or terminate accounts involving fraud, misuse, false information or material breaches of these Terms.

SJI may offer jewellery, gold, silver, bullion, coins, bars and other precious-metal products.

Precious-metal prices may change according to global market conditions and other pricing factors. Product prices may therefore change without prior notification.

A price displayed, quoted or previously discussed is not necessarily guaranteed until the relevant order price has been confirmed by SJI.

Product availability, specifications, weights, images and descriptions are subject to confirmation. Images may be illustrative and actual products may have reasonable variations.

Orders may require price confirmation before payment. Where bank transfer is offered, members must use the payment instructions supplied by SJI and may be required to submit proof of payment.

Submission of a payment receipt does not by itself constitute final approval of an order. Payments may be reviewed and verified before an order is approved and processed.

Delivery, insurance or other applicable charges may be shown separately from the product purchase price.

Eligible active members may participate in the SJI referral program in accordance with the compensation rules applicable at the relevant time.

Jewellery referral commissions may apply across up to five referral levels at 10%, 7%, 5%, 3% and 1% respectively.

Eligible bullion purchases may provide a 1% direct referral commission and a 0.5% second-level referral commission.

Referral commissions are calculated on the eligible product purchase price and exclude delivery and insurance charges. Commissions are subject to the relevant order being approved and satisfying SJI's applicable eligibility requirements.

Members must not make misleading representations, guaranteed income claims or false statements when introducing SJI to other people.

Eligible members may qualify for a monthly leadership bonus based on qualifying group volume, including eligible personal volume and qualifying referral network volume within the applicable levels.

A monthly group volume of AUD $25,000 may qualify for a AUD $500 leadership bonus, while AUD $50,000 may qualify for a AUD $1,000 leadership bonus, subject to verification and the applicable program requirements.

Monthly qualification is assessed after the relevant month has ended.

Under the applicable SJI holiday campaign, an eligible member may qualify for a five-day holiday including flight and accommodation by achieving AUD $100,000 in qualifying group volume during the campaign period.

The applicable campaign runs from 1 October 2026 through 30 November 2026, with qualification assessed after completion of the campaign period.

Qualifying volume includes eligible personal and referral network volume within the applicable levels and excludes delivery and insurance charges.

Eligible members may qualify for the SJI car program subject to satisfying the applicable qualification requirements.

The program currently requires AUD $10,000 in qualifying weekly group volume for 15 consecutive completed weeks together with the applicable AUD $20,000 monthly group volume requirement.

A qualified member may become eligible for a AUD $750 monthly car allowance, subject to verification and SJI's applicable program conditions.

Earnings displayed within a member account are subject to verification. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed before payment and may require valid banking or payment information.

SJI may investigate, withhold, adjust or reverse amounts resulting from cancelled, refunded, fraudulent, duplicated or otherwise ineligible transactions.

Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

Members must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform, create fraudulent accounts, manipulate referral structures or interfere with SJI systems or services.

Participation in SJI's referral or qualification programs does not guarantee any particular level of income, commissions, bonuses or rewards.

Earnings and qualification depend on actual eligible activity, approved transactions and satisfaction of the applicable program requirements.

SJI may update these Terms, product offerings, membership conditions or promotional and compensation programs where reasonably necessary for operational, commercial, regulatory or legal reasons.

Material changes may be communicated through the website, dashboard or other appropriate communication channels.

SJI aims to maintain accurate and reliable services but does not guarantee that the website or dashboard will always operate without interruption, delay or technical error.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
